Sales
• Focus on marketing and sales functions for Corporate Trust Services, acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and account plans, ensuring consistent updates to customer profiles and building up a strong pipeline of prospects each month
• Monitor competitive activities and market trends, collaborating with internal teams (Product Team, Operations Group, and other departments) to deliver tailored solutions to clients that support business expansion and/or business origination
• Prepare and manage client-facing materials, including quotations, proposals, agreements, presentations, and other related documents (e.g. POA, SLA, call reports, deal reports for review, and internal memos relating to special request) to support business development and client requests
Client Services
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting client service reviews
• Maintain regular communication with clients to identify gaps, uncover new business opportunities, and support sales efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. RMs, Sales, and Operations) to ensure smooth resolution of client concerns and manage the end-to-end process of account openings, closings, and maintenance
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or sound knowledge in Securities Industry is preferable
• Knowledge or background in Capital Markets, Securities Services, and Settlement processes (e.g., flow of funds and overseas settlement flows)
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes (local and overseas), from execution to settlement and asset servicing, to effectively advise and resolve issues
• Proficient in spoken and written English
