You're responsible for overseeing wholesale banking credit processes, focusing on designing and implementing effective governance and control mechanisms, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through robust risk management and mitigation strategies.

Kewajiban

• Review and enhance wholesale banking credit processes to align with governance and compliance requirements
• Implement governance mechanisms, oversee risk mitigation actions, and maintain process efficiency
• Serve as a liaison between the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense for credit processes, ensuring effective communication and alignment
• Provide training on credit governance, compliance, and control frameworks to wholesale banking staff
• Prepare and present governance reports to senior management, facilitating timely escalations where necessary

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in wholesale banking credit products and trade finance.
• Expertise in product management, project management, process improvement, risk management, and audits
• Strong understanding of economic principles, banking operations, and governance frameworks
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
