Detail posisi

Act as Business Partner to provide and analyze accurate business performance and sound business advice to all line managers based on financial aspects. Prepare and coordinate to have the completed and very accurate related assumptions for planning process and ensure that all are align with company strategy and business plan.

Kewajiban

• Provide and analyze production cost and facilitate operational efficiency improvement to all line managers across SRB. (Saraburi Operation)
• Support overall cost analysis and cost control within SRB inclusive of planning and performance tracking to assure streamline operation with optimum efficiencies.
• Establish and ensure to have the completed and accurate production operation planning (i.e. latest estimated, outlook, budget, 5 years financial planning) and ensure that all are align with company strategy and business plan.
• Benefit tracking the company Initiatives and ensure all indicators in line as planned.
• Support manager(s) in the development and implementation of ad-hoc tasks and analysis mainly on business initiatives.
• Provide estimated standard cost for new material code creation.
• Update quarterly information (e.g BOM and Routing) for standard costing run.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years experiences in plant controlling role or financial planning within a large organization preferably strong manufacturing background.
• Technical knowledge in cement business.
• Solid background in production cost/operation management with exposure in end to end process
• Strong Analytical with data analytic background
• Good communication presentation and negotiation skill
