The Marketing and Branding Officer at INSEE Mortar is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services, while also analyzing market trends and customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Develop and executive marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services.
• Analyze and track the effectiveness of various marketing activities and campaigns.
• Review and report on competitors activities and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external company.
• Develop and design marketing materials such as catalogue / product presentation/video clip.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, and other events required by the company.
• Review customer feedback and develop plan to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee marketing projects including advertising and promotional events.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic designer or creative director or related field.
• Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media.
• Knowledge of Graphic Design and visual arts, Online Marketing and social media, Website and marketing analytics tools, Communication design for commercial.
• Able to work at CDC (Crystal Design Center)
