Detail posisi

The Civil Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing engineering design, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring timely delivery of project progress reports, meeting project objectives, maintaining client satisfaction, and adhering to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.

Kewajiban

• Ensure effective management of CAPEX projects by adhering to international standards, equipment specifications, and engineering design acceptance procedures. Guarantee that all civil works meet world-class standards through a thorough understanding of civil specifications and technical drawings.
• Assist in the planning, design, and coordination of the project schedule for civil works. Assess construction activities and provide expert guidance to ensure smooth coordination between mechanical erection and electrical installation, maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide hands-on supervision of civil work to ensure compliance with the project schedule, budget, quality requirements, and OH&S regulations. Take corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
• Prepare detailed civil documentation and summary reports for project handover. Support the project team by contributing to CAPEX preparation and maintaining all necessary project documentation for compliance and future reference.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Civil professional certifications or equivalent qualifications in project management or safety compliance are a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in civil project supervision, including hands-on experience with CAPEX projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, contractor management, including coordinating with mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Knowledge in SAP
• Skill of Good Vocal and Writing Communication in English language
