Detail posisi

The Business Intelligent and Profitability Analyst (INSEE Mortar) is responsible for monitoring and implementing pricing strategies, supporting business strategy development, and analyzing market data to drive business growth.

Kewajiban

• Monitor/report and implement a pricing strategy into the business and identify new business opportunities.
• Support the development of a business strategy to gain a competitive advantage and provide recommendations to top management for decision-making.
• Create long-term value from customers, markets, product innovations, and partnerships to achieve the company’s goals and accelerate business growth.
• Analyze market, industry, customer data, and all related information to develop market and customer insights.
• Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to develop a go-to-market plan aimed at key decision-makers.
• Lead projects and/or assignments beyond routine tasks using relevant knowledge and experience to ensure project achievement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or marketing analysis in construction business and/or other related businesses.
• Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn customized programs such as business intelligence objects.
• Written communication in any presentation formats and/or reports.
• Analytical skills.
• TOEIC Score: 750
• Work Location: Crystal Design Center ( Bang Kapi )
