The Subcontract Management (SPX Express) position involves overseeing subcontractor requirements, managing vendor performance, and ensuring effective communication within business teams.

Kewajiban

• Fulfillment planning - working with business teams on middle-mile agent subcontractor requirements.
• Oversee communication process to subcon-vendor performance management.
• Set up/Oversee Vendor performance tracking process, enforce SLA and Penalty- Run mid-large scale project to increase vendor performance and cost efficiency.

Kualifikasi

• 1-3 years of experience in related field.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term goals.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholders management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Can do attitude and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
