The Seller Operations position at Shopee involves developing and managing policies for seller operations, conducting market research, leading projects, and providing support to stakeholders.
Kewajiban
• Develop, implement, and manage policies to govern seller operations on the platform.
• Conduct comprehensive research on market policies, regulations, and trends affecting e-commerce sellers.
• Lead and oversee projects related to policy implementation and enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics to identify areas for policy improvement and optimization.
• Communicate policy updates and changes effectively to internal stakeholders and sellers.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders or sellers regarding policy adherence and best practices.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within e-commerce or related industries.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret policy articles and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate policies clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite, including Word and Excel/G-Sheet.
• SQL coding skills are a plus.
