The Procurement Project position at Shopee involves identifying best practices, defining strategies for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to enhance procurement processes.
Kewajiban
• Identify industry best practices and excellence initiatives from other markets
• Identify existing gaps & define short/long term strategy to improve
• Work closely with sourcing, business teams to define SOPs for better engagement & clarity
• Establish efficient data collection, management practices
• Lead periodic spend analysis
• Lead quarterly planning with business teams to identify priority projects, create project plan and PMO execution
• Consolidate & manage contract renewal process
• Setup vendor performance tracking initiatives
• Lead periodic audit, vendor feedback and vendor pool health review
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience 4+ years in consulting, project mgmt (procurement, scm related experience preferred)
• Experience in process improvement, change mgmt related projects preferred
• Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Ability to analyze complex data, deep dive, prepare/manage/monitor dashboards
• Able to create storyline, create presentations and present to leadership
• Familiarity with tools: Excel, SQL, power BI
• English & Thai language proficiency
