At SHEIN, the marketing team consists of various functions that allow us to implement attractive marketing activities connecting us with millions of customers, achieving our mission where 'everyone can enjoy the beauty of fashion' across the region.
Kewajiban
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Formulate, develop and prepare designs of marketing media for our online platform, particularly in the creation of banners and other collaterals
• Mentor junior designers in producing creative designs according to project requirements
Kualifikasi
• More than 5 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably from e-commerce/ digital/fashion industry)
• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Designs or a related field from a reputable university
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must have
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is preferred
