The HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business strategy, workforce planning optimization, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and ensuring compliance throughout human resource management.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy.
• Ensure workforce planning optimization to be efficient and costly.
• Ensure collaborative atmosphere among HR department and external party.
• Ensure current business operation and foresee future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Provide analysis report to management to support decision through HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance throughout human resource management.
• Be an employee champion.
Kualifikasi
• Over 5-year experiences in HR field
• High business acumen especially in e-commerce business or retail company.
• Experience as supervisor will be an advantage.
• Understand manpower planning model.
