• Guide a team of graphic designers, content writers, and PR officers, ensuring all materials meet high-quality and brand standards.
• Approve marketing content, including press releases, presentations, and other collateral.
• Enhance Brand Presence
• Create and implement brand-enhancing initiatives that elevate our market presence.
• Manage relationships with media outlets and PR agencies to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team, supporting their growth and ensuring their work aligns with company goals.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to provide direction and clarity on marketing objectives.
• Collaborate Across Departments
• Work closely with the executive team and other departments to ensure marketing/branding initiatives align with the company's broader goals.

• Proven experience in PR and marketing communications, preferably in a managerial role.
