Kewajiban

• 30% Analyze the market to develop a successful business strategy and understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify its strengths and weaknesses and make informed decisions. Once the market analysis is complete, develop a strategy that aligns with its goals and objectives.
• This strategy should be flexible enough to adapt to changing market conditions and should take into account the company's resources, capabilities, and limitations.
• 20% Working in collaboration with internal and external departments is essential to accomplishing your job assignments. Establishing a strong working relationship with your colleagues is imperative to ensure a seamless workflow.
• 20% Understand marketing tools very well, such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• 10% To succeed, you must prioritize your work and budget efficiently. Don't wait for problems to arise - be proactive and solve them along the way. Stay ahead of the game by focusing on what matters most and being prepared to tackle any obstacles that come your way.
• 5% Ability to effectively summarize and present reports, providing consultation and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• 5% "Life-long learner" and "Be a Leader".
• 5% It is important to have good spreadsheet skills and be able to analyze the information provided from given data.
• 5% Highly proficient in working independently and as a team player, delivering exceptional results in both scenarios.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Business Development.
• Understand the business as a whole, including business model and structure and ways to make the brand better to achieve goals.
• Understand marketing cost and budget planning.
• Understand customer behaviors and journeys in mass and niche markets.
• Ability to produce and approve media, graphic design, video, and websites.
• Ability to negotiate with media buyers, media agencies, and business partners.
• Fun person and creativity is a plus.
• Expertise in financial modeling is a plus.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about the product and able to effectively communicate its value to customers, building strong relationships and trust.
