The MarTech Sales position involves collaborating with clients to understand their marketing technology goals, developing strategic solutions, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth through effective sales processes.

Kewajiban

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute MarTech sales strategies that align with client business objectives and needs.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies, becoming a trusted advisor on MarTech solutions.
• Solution Selling: Identify client pain points and match them with the appropriate MarTech solutions, demonstrating the value of integrated platforms like CRM systems, automation, and analytics tools.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales proposals, including detailed ROI and value propositions.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and post-sales support.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure MarTech solutions offered are cutting-edge.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics and insights to optimize the sales approach and refine client proposals.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, detailing sales performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest MarTech products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, CRM systems, advertising campaign tools, and content management solutions. This includes familiarity with how these technologies integrate and support client marketing objectives.
• Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, guiding them through initial integration and adoption of the MarTech platforms.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in MarTech sales or SaaS solutions, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and AI tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making at the C-suite level.
• Results-driven, with a passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices.
