The QA Engineer (CQE) serves as the main customer contact for quality-related topics, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and supporting audits.

Kewajiban

• Main customer contact window for quality topics of products.
• Prepare reports and provide information per customer requirement.
• Support all customer audits and follow up with all related department for actions and closure.
• Handle for customer complaints including corrective and preventive action with follow up on effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality/Process Engineer in Automotive manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, FMEA, MSA, 8D and other QC tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and technical problem solving.
• Good command in English.
• Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
