The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.

Kewajiban

• Oversee the entire production process, from planning to completion
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
• Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving strategies
• Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various
• Training and developing production staff
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.
• Good problem solving and Statistical Analysis skills.
• Good English communication, if Chinese communication would be advantage.
• Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
