Detail posisi

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing intercompany accounts, ensuring tax compliance, conducting financial analysis, supporting financial closing and auditing, controlling fixed assets, and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Kewajiban

• Financial Operations: Overseeing and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all finance tasks, providing support to the finance manager.
• Intercompany and Cash Management: Managing intercompany accounts and handling petty cash transactions.
• Tax Compliance: Preparing overseas payments, submitting related taxes (PP.36, PND. 54) and issuing tax certifications in English.
• Financial Analysis (Payment and Performance Monitoring): Reviewing payment transactions, tracking customer payment performance, and generating relevant reports.
• Financial Closing and Auditing: Supporting the accounting team in monthly and yearly financial closing and collaborating with external Thai Auditor.
• Control Fixed Assets
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting and budgeting.
• Experience and knowledge in finance and accounting software. (SAP Program)
• Analytical, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
• Working day: Mon - Fri (7.30 - 17.30)
