Seiko Instruments (Thailand) Ltd. (SIT) is a subsidiary company of Seiko Instruments Inc, Japan. SIT was registered on June 10, 1988 under the promotion of The Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI). Mission of SIT to manufacture of a wide variety for Hard Disc drive Components. Current products by SIT are Pivot Cartridge, Machine Parts Pivot, Motor parts, Ball Bearing and Ball. In March 2002, SIT obtained ISO 14001 certification for its environmental conservation activities. As part of its efforts to effectively use resources, the company started to recycle cutting oil used in machining processes by separating and removing swarf using a centrifuge separator. The removed swarf are compressed into blocks and sold to a steelmaker who later reuses them. In addition, SIT continuously reduces the hazardous waste amount by reusing rotary shaft trays, as well as efficiently utilizing cleaning rags. Under the slogan of “The blessing obtained from nature should be returned to nature”, SIT promotes energy conservation, resource saving and recycling.

Kewajiban

• Process Engineer for CNC Lathe Machine.
• Process the quality improvement to support the manufacturing process.
• To support improvement in process manufacturing action daily problem, yield all process by quickly on time.
• Responsible for Quality claim of customer by urgent limited time to be verify NG sample, investigate, analyze data to define root cause, method inspection and corrective action.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in Electronic manufacturing or related fields.
• Good skills to perform Microsoft office.
• Good command in English.
• Good Attitude and good awareness.
• New Graduates are welcome.
