The Supervisor II (Drive & System Manufacturing) is responsible for overseeing production teams to achieve manufacturing targets while ensuring quality, safety, and process improvement.

Kewajiban

• Supervise and manage production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
• Monitor output to ensure products meet industry and company specifications.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, addressing any performance issues promptly.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel to achieve production goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, quality control, and team performance to senior management.

Kualifikasi

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
