Kewajiban
• Perform the entire cycle of a business development process from leads generation, contract signing to new sales channel establishment
• Identify prospects to promote our suite of services and strategically offer service solutions based on clients’ needs and market insights
• Maintain close working relationships with clients to create a close partnership and contribute to the firm’s sales and operational goals
• Monitor operational metrics performance and ensure performance goals are achieved based on contractual service agreements
• Establish and optimize the business development framework of the department to ensure consistent improvement in team performance
• Works closely with other operational departments to prioritize needs and strategy for clients
• Maintain a strong relationship with e-commerce partners for existing channel management and exploration of new business opportunities
• Keep abreast of industry and market insights to stay ahead of the competition
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills in identify trends and problems to propose new solutions based on client needs in a timely manner
• Conduct quarterly and yearly business reviews with brand owners and operational team to develop strategic plans for the upcoming performance
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma of any discipline
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience will be preferred
• Candidates with demonstrable leadership/management experience will be highly considered
• An effective and charismatic communicator who can communicate with overseas clients
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
