The Application Center or Service Manager is responsible for managing a customer application center or service operation center, focusing on business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality.

Kewajiban

• Manages a customer application center or service operation center at country or cluster level (or a region if single-division or back-office scope).
• Responsible for business growth, P&L and SFCs, profitability, customer satisfaction & quality. Monitors center performance.
• A Senior Manager typically manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders.
• Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department.
• Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis.
• Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, process management or process improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation and ability to recall specific facts and a commitment to high accuracy standards.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow changing directions in a fast-paced business environment.
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for energy management business highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
• Strong dedication to problem solving and process improvements.
• Team player, personable, professional, and flexible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
