Kewajiban
Your Key Responsibilities:
• 01. Bench marking of components (Clutch & CRS) from market and understand product requirement
• Design of Clutch & CRS parts according customer/benchmark requirements by considering internal and international standard
• Focus on standardization of component while designing for new projects
• Perform required design calculations, FEA, Simulations etc.
• Prepare product drawings (assembly/component) in 2D/3D format according to internal standard requirement
• Prepare necessary design documents such as FMEA, design reports, ECN, BOM,.. etc
• Lead the product development process of respective projects (including bench marking, product design, prototype and validation) coordinating with internal and external customer's/supplier's
• Participate in required customer/supplier meetings and vehicle fitment trials
• Participate in failure analysis / RPA activity and support with necessary inputs to resolve
• Analyse and approve special release together with QA
• Support cost saving projects, analyse technical proposals and change product if necessary
• Support and co-ordinate for component localization activity
• Consider new technologies and product innovations relevant for AP market
• Follow Schaeffler complaints guideline
• Record lesson learns and discuss with relevant teams & apply wherever possible
Kualifikasi
Your Qualifications:
• 01. Education : Bachelor of Engineer (Mechanical/ Automobile)
• Working experience of min. 3 years
• Languages Skills : English (Mandate) and any AP language beneficial
• Strong technical background in clutch system design for passenger/commercial vehicle
• Co-operative working attitude with strong target orientation
• Software knowledge of ProE/Creo/ANSYS/Windchill/SAP
• Good understanding of manufacturing process knowledge such as Stamping, Heat treatment, Casting, Machining, Injection moulding,..etc
