The Facility Engineer and Energy Management position is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, energy consumption management, and facility systems within the plant, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all related equipment and processes.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for Maintenance Group Business and capacity planning, technology and investment preparation.
• Creating work instruction related to Maintenance and training for Maintenance Technician.
• Responsible for Energy Consumption Management – Energy manager of the plant.
• Responsible for facilities system and auxiliary equipment in the plant.
• Provide support for Maintenance Technician with complicated repair.
• Coordinate and provide information for Stock Administration Staff to ensure availability of spare parts (Electrical and mechanical) of machinery and auxiliary equipment and operating supplies with the lowest cost of inventory.
• Coordination of machine transfer and commissioning.
• Coordinate with other departments carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Responsible for Doors, Windows, Lock-system, Barrier, Sprinkler, Sanitary, Compressed air, Chiller, Cooling system, Air system, Fire Protection system, CCTV system, Lighting system, Vacuum Filtration Cooling Temperature M/C, LPG Gas system and Electrical system.
• Responsible for control the Suppliers for schedule maintenance and legal investigation/inspection for Electrical system, Building and facility machines.
• Responsible for take care about construction.
• Responsible for disposal of sewage from facility machine.
• Responsible for order and provide all necessary equipment and external service.

Kualifikasi

• Knowledge and experience in facility and energy minimum 5 years.
• Professional competencies, education & experience.
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Can read & understand technical document and communication with expert to transfer knowledge by English.
• Experiences in Technical drawings reading and using measuring device.
• Good knowledge at facilities system (Compressor air, Coolant system and Chiller).
• Experiences in SAP Purchase requisition.
• Phor Chor Raw (ผชร.) certificate preferred.
• Electrical worker for building level1 certificate(ช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร) preferred.
