The Airfreight Export Operations position involves managing air cargo arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with various teams and agents.

Kewajiban

• Ensure sufficient space & capacity supply and promptly air cargo arrangement to meet customer's expectations.
• Daily checking of cargo booking & reservation and ad-hoc rates negotiation to ensure that cost is competitive & profitability and cargo space reserve efficiency for meet with customer satisfaction.
• Inform booking and consolidation team to investigate all damage cargo cases with the airlines and keep updating customer to have the same information.
• Coordinate with customers and oversea agent to ensure we receive information from them complete.
• Open the jobs to systems.
• Create the related documents as assigned.
• Cooperate with transportation team for pick up cargo as customer 's instruction.
• Make a related report to the team.
• KPI monitoring as per requested.
• Work under ISO9001 procedures.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferable Marketing or Logistics.
• At least 3 years experienced in Air freight operation.
• Have knowledge of export controls.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Have skill to communication with local customer and oversea agent.
• Good command of English.
