As a Sr. Associate, Sales Account Management – you will be responsible for all Sales Strategies for Responsible local key account.
Kewajiban
• Achieve GSV target including revenue (NSV & GTN) and other KPI targets.
• Manage key accounts (LMT & C & C) to maintain good relationship and smoothness of the overall process.
• Perform sales activities, promotion in key responsible accounts, negotiate and ensure sales price and discounts compliance.
• Manage trade spending effectively based on annual trade agreement and company.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Manage product inventory level effectively in key responsible accounts.
• Provide monthly sales performance and business result assessments of sales data.
• Contributing quarterly business review and ensuring customer complying contract requirements.
• Work and collaborates with commercial team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Constantly monitor and evaluate the company and competitor’s performance.
• Work closely with field execution team to ensure activities are implemented.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in General Trade sales preferably in FMCG environment.
• Sales experience in NE (Issan) is preferred.
• Direct experience in managing LMT & C & C would be advantage.
• Strong Selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding in modern trade dynamics, market trend and channel management.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and utilize data for business insights.
• Strong presentation skill & Microsoft Office proficiency.
