Responsible for accurate and punctual accounting, and financial reporting of the BU’s concerned, in-line with Group standards and local legislation.
• Manage and oversee the daily operation of the accounting department.
• Review cash flow and liquidity forecasting by monitoring bank balance and cash requirements.
• Hands on month end closing and reporting activities.
• Continuous efforts to make process for month end reporting, group package, forecast and result analysis more concise.
• Partner with regional and corporate function to ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounting, Credit, Tax, treasury operation.
• Establish the process for accurate periodic reporting of Depots within the business unit.
• Regulatory report submission to revenue department, DBD,BOI.
• Have experience to work under BOI organization and setup BOI accounting and reporting.
• Ensure Financial information and reporting are complied with Thai and international accounting standard regulatory framework.
• Prepare half year and annual corporate income tax submission under BOI promotion calculation.
• Collaborating with management and cross functional team on complex accounting issues.
• Work closely with sales, Operation, Depot Managers, Supply chain for project profitability and costing sheet.
• Ensure internal control, financial controls and legal/regulatory requirements are properly followed.
• Determine the organizational finance capacity, constraints to discuss and finalise the departmental and organizational budgets with relevant people and report it to regional team.
• Support team development by providing opportunities and coaching to the team with ongoing appreciative & constructive feedback.
• Having CPD license.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum experience to work at manager level or similar profile should be 3 to 5 years.
• Must possess BOI experience.
• Good communication English skill.
• Able to work with different nationalities people.
• Proactive on month end closing activities, forecast and group packages.
• Experienced in ERP software AX, Oracle, SAP.
• Advance excel skills required and knowledge of power BI is advantageous.
• Experience with service industry would be advantage.
• Demonstrate ability to manage and complete multiple and diverse activities within.
