The Project Sales Executive - Condominium position involves presenting products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and managing a portfolio of properties in Bangkok.

Kewajiban

â€Ē Present products and services information to the customers.
â€Ē Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship.
â€Ē Advise customers on market conditions, trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
â€Ē Manage the properties portfolio.
â€Ē Participate in Sales events and call the prospect list derived from the event for follow-up.
â€Ē Prepare sales reports for presentation to the supervisors.
â€Ē Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.

Kualifikasi

â€Ē Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
â€Ē Have experience in Condominium Sales of at least 1 year.
â€Ē Strong sense of managerial skill.
â€Ē Smart attitude.
â€Ē Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
â€Ē Good computer skills (Ms.Office, Outlook).
