Kewajiban

• Collaborates with business unit to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit and managers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in all HR-related matters.
• Provide comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development and manpower planning.
• Handling a full loop of recruitment from acquiring the candidates from sources to onboarding.
• Perform in the recruitment process and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates in assigned positions.
• Driving employee engagement, enhancing team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and objectives.
• Design and develop training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their workforce needs and business goals.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term manpower plans based on business forecasts and objectives.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Good command of English.
• Good working attitude, Problem-solving mindset and Proactive approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Systematic thinking.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis, Manpower analysis and reporting.
