The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing comprehensive HR support and acting as a trusted advisor.
Kewajiban
âĒ Collaborates with business unit to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals.
âĒ Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit and managers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in all HR-related matters.
âĒ Provide comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development and manpower planning.
âĒ Handling a full loop of recruitment from acquiring the candidates from sources to onboarding.
âĒ Perform in the recruitment process and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates in assigned positions.
âĒ Driving employee engagement, enhancing team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
âĒ Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and objectives.
âĒ Design and develop training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
âĒ Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their workforce needs and business goals.
âĒ Develop and implement short-term and long-term manpower plans based on business forecasts and objectives.
Kualifikasi
âĒ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
âĒ At least 5 years working experience in HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
âĒ Good command of English.
âĒ Good working attitude, Problem-solving mindset and Proactive approach.
âĒ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
âĒ Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Systematic thinking.
âĒ Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis, Manpower analysis and reporting.
