The Home Care Technician position in Phuket involves managing repair requests, coordinating with residents and contractors, and ensuring effective communication regarding home repairs.

Kewajiban

â€Ē Receive repair requests from residents and confirm if they under the warranty coverage.
â€Ē Coordinate with residents and contractors to schedule repairs at convenient times.
â€Ē Track reported issues, repair work, and communications with customers.
â€Ē Update status to residents or customer of their repairs.
â€Ē Inspect homes after repairs to ensure all issues are resolved.
â€Ē Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management if necessary.
â€Ē Communicate with the property management team to ensure proper documentation.
â€Ē Prepare documents related to repairs.

Kualifikasi

â€Ē High vocational certificate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
â€Ē 2-3 years of experience in customer service, property management, or coordination is preferred.
â€Ē Proficient in documentation and using software such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
â€Ē Strong communication and organization skills.
â€Ē Ability to manage various tasks and follow up efficiently.
â€Ē Basic knowledge of construction or home repairs is a plus.
â€Ē Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect and confirm completed repairs.
â€Ē Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with contractors and residents.
â€Ē Comfortable using phone, email, and applications for scheduling and coordination.
â€Ē Must be available to work 6 days per week.
