Kewajiban

â€Ē Set annual sales goals by forecasting and developing targets for international markets. Project sales volumes and profits for current and upcoming products.
â€Ē Develop strategic plans to penetrate new international markets while strengthening performance in existing markets.
â€Ē Drive and maintain sales performance through partnerships with third-party agents.
â€Ē Build and maintain strong relationships with both international and domestic property agents.
â€Ē Provide consultation, resolve problems, and manage issues related to overseas clients, including rights transfers and client refunds.
â€Ē Plan and execute overseas property roadshows to drive direct sales for the company.
â€Ē Deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management on sales, marketing, and business activities.

Kualifikasi

â€Ē Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
â€Ē Has 6–8 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related industry.
â€Ē Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
â€Ē Proficient in Thai and Mandarin Chinese.
â€Ē Demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
â€Ē Experience with data analysis tools is a strong advantage.
