âĒ Resolve customer issues related to property services, maintenance, and inquiries.
âĒ Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and keep customers informed.
âĒ Log interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
âĒ Stay informed about Sansiriâs property offerings to provide accurate information.
âĒ Follow up on unresolved issues and gather customer feedback for service improvement.
âĒ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
âĒ Fluent in Russian and Thai (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
âĒ At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in real estate or call centers.
âĒ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
âĒ Proficient in CRM systems and able to multitask effectively.
âĒ Work schedule: 6 days per week, with shifts (5 days in-office and WFH on public holidays).
âĒ Team player with flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
