The Call Centre Officer will provide customer support to Russian and Thai-speaking clients regarding Sansiri properties for a duration of 1 year.

Kewajiban

â€Ē Provide customer support to Russian and Thai-speaking clients regarding Sansiri properties.
â€Ē Resolve customer issues related to property services, maintenance, and inquiries.
â€Ē Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and keep customers informed.
â€Ē Log interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
â€Ē Stay informed about Sansiri’s property offerings to provide accurate information.
â€Ē Follow up on unresolved issues and gather customer feedback for service improvement.
â€Ē Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi

â€Ē Fluent in Russian and Thai (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
â€Ē At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in real estate or call centers.
â€Ē Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
â€Ē Proficient in CRM systems and able to multitask effectively.
â€Ē Work schedule: 6 days per week, with shifts (5 days in-office and WFH on public holidays).
â€Ē Team player with flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
