âĒ Study and analyze an opportunity for develop new business.
âĒ Study project possibility and manage project development.
âĒ Contact and negotiate to get a potential project with reasonable price.
âĒ Negotiate with investors for new investment.
âĒ Negotiate with financial institution, landlord or project owner.
âĒ Project presentation with foreign investors.
âĒ Conduct feasibility study and land acquisition.
âĒ Involve in project planning from committee policy.
âĒ Involve in strategy planning from business capital.
âĒ Develop a new project that suitable for current and future market conditions.
Kualifikasi
âĒ Masterâs Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Real estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Finance, Economic, Marketing and related fields.
âĒ At least 5 years working experience of business development in real estate developer or other related business.
âĒ Excellent command in English both written and speaking.
âĒ Excellent computer skill will be advantage.
âĒ Experience in Real Estate industry will be advantage.
