The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, providing comprehensive HR support and acting as a trusted advisor.

â€Ē Collaborates with business unit to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals.
â€Ē Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit and managers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in all HR-related matters.
â€Ē Provide comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development and manpower planning.
â€Ē Handling a full loop of recruitment from acquiring the candidates from sources to onboarding.
â€Ē Perform in the recruitment process and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates in assigned positions.
â€Ē Driving employee engagement, enhancing team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
â€Ē Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and objectives.
â€Ē Design and develop training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
â€Ē Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their workforce needs and business goals.
â€Ē Develop and implement short-term and long-term manpower plans based on business forecasts and objectives.

Kualifikasi

â€Ē Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
â€Ē At least 5 years working experience in HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
â€Ē Good command of English.
â€Ē Good working attitude, Problem-solving mindset and Proactive approach.
â€Ē Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
â€Ē Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Systematic thinking.
â€Ē Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis, Manpower analysis and reporting.
