• Lead customer engagement efforts by prioritizing direct interactions and aligning with business objectives
• Design events and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Train sales managers and representatives on product knowledge
• Develop detailed call plans for consistent and personalized customer communications
• Utilize an omni-channel approach to engage customers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with MCO Franchise lead to provide customer insights and market trends
• Optimize processes and systems with salesforce/KAMs for a positive customer journey
• Work in Agile with transversal teams and integrate market challenges
• Adopt digital transformation and Agile methodology for new operating models
• Ensure alignment with MCO strategies and collaborate with MCO teams
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
