Kewajiban
• Propose and review the factory organizations Structure suitable to perform high efficiency of production operation management.
• Define the responsibility, authority, department functions fit to the department work procedures fit to department functions.
• Propose and review year budget to production capacity, production target, manpower planning raw material use planning, and over head expenses required to accomplishment of business plan target.
• Establish management required reporting systems for factory management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree up
• Working experience factory manager 10 years up
