The HR Officer is responsible for recruiting, analyzing, and selecting candidates, as well as managing employee contracts, leave statistics, and welfare policies. They also handle employee relations, training, and disciplinary actions, while representing the company in legal labor disputes.

Kewajiban

• Recruit and analyze candidates deeply for job selection
• Prepare employment contracts
• Collect and analyze daily leave and tardiness statistics to plan employee management
• Manage company welfare and regulations, and provide recommendations
• Develop HR policies to enhance organizational development
• Design employee welfare to meet organizational needs and advancements
• Collaborate with management to propose policies for business growth
• Solve organizational problems to reduce issues and promote progress
• Communicate and mediate with employees to create flexible regulations
• Foster relationships within and between departments
• Organize activities to promote employee relations
• Conduct training for middle managers to develop their teams
• Warn and plan disciplinary actions for underperforming employees systematically
• Handle and resolve past employee issues with the organization
• Represent the company in various labor disputes
• Assist and monitor social security and welfare matters for employees
• Analyze employee capabilities and plan professional training
• Provide advice on work, psychology, and future with the organization

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure
• Creative, honest, and good personality
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Driving license and willingness to travel
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Willingness to work outside normal hours
• Ability to handle pressure and work diligently
• Experience is a plus
• Able to drive and hold a valid driver's license
