Trade Marketing Strategy Development & Execution :
• Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans and promotions aligned with overall brand and sales strategies.
• Identify and prioritize key trade channels and opportunities for growth.
• Tailor marketing programs to each channel's specific needs and dynamics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of trade programs.
Trade Partner Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.
• Negotiate and execute trade agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with trade partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Proactively address trade partner concerns and issues.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation :
• Develop and manage trade marketing budgets efficiently.
• Allocate resources effectively across different trade channels and initiatives.
• Track and analyze trade marketing investments and their return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis & Optimization :
• Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze trade performance across channels.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the commercial leadership team.
• Continuously optimize trade marketing strategies and programs based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with sales, marketing, brand, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and synergy in trade marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on brand messaging and positioning for trade channels.
• Partner with sales teams to develop and execute effective in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong trade partner relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in trade marketing tools and technologies.
