Kewajiban
Cost Analysis :
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost drivers, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Prepare detailed cost reports for management review.
Standard Costing :
• Establish and maintain standard costs for products and services.
• Analyze variances between actual and standard costs.
• Implement variance analysis procedures to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Inventory Valuation :
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation using appropriate methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, average cost).
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical counts to system records.
Financial Reporting :
• Prepare accurate and timely cost-related financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Process Improvement :
• Identify opportunities to streamline cost accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement cost accounting system enhancements and upgrades.
Ad-hoc Analysis :
• Conduct ad-hoc cost analyses as needed to support business decisions.
• Provide expert cost accounting advice to various departments.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
