We are seeking three highly motivated and skilled Project Managers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Kewajiban

Project Planning & Execution :
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project objectives and success criteria in collaboration with the CEO and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to the CEO.

Communication & Collaboration :
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Conduct regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.

Problem Solving & Decision Making :
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, escalating issues to the CEO as necessary.
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis and sound judgment.
• Exercise creativity and pattern recognition skills to anticipate potential problems and develop innovative solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Specific Responsibilities by Area :
Project Manager - Marketing :
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, events).
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.

Project Manager - Sales :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage sales pipelines and track sales performance metrics.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Kualifikasi

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in sales, marketing, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus.
