We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on our flagship brand, G'nite natural sleep aids. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for G'nite, as well as other brands within our portfolio as assigned.

Kewajiban

Develop and execute marketing strategies :
• Create comprehensive marketing plans encompassing various channels such as digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising, with a focus on G'nite and other assigned brands.
Execute strategic plans :
• Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budgets, and alignment with overall brand objectives.
Work with the creative team :
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with the target audience and support brand messaging.
Manage marketing budgets :
• Allocate resources efficiently across marketing initiatives, tracking performance and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Drive brand awareness and engagement :
• Implement strategies to elevate brand visibility and foster meaningful customer interactions across multiple touchpoints, particularly for G'nite.
Lead market research and analysis :
• Stay abreast of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Oversee category development :
• Identify and develop new product categories or subcategories, working cross-functionally to bring innovative offerings to market.
Measure and analyze marketing performance :
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with advertising agencies :
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver optimal results.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in category development.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
