The Assistant to the General Manager is a dynamic and high-potential individual with a strong background in food science or engineering. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of SAND-M Global's operations, with a focus on optimizing production processes, ensuring food safety and quality, and driving overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Kewajiban

• Assist the General Manager in managing critical projects related to production optimization, new product development, and market expansion.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures.
• Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize production processes, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
• Work closely with various departments, including production, quality assurance, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for the General Manager and other stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPA 3.00.
• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering principles and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Fast learner with a strong desire to develop professionally.
• Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
