Samitivej Chonburi Hospital is a member of the Samitivej Hospital Group, a leading private hospital group in Thailand and Southeast Asia. It opened on June 1, 2015 and has passed the HA Thailand standard for the first 3 years of its operation. It has also implemented the JCI standard. We plan to construct the building as an Environment Safety building, emphasizing patient safety as an important factor. Samitivej Chonburi Hospital is ready to provide comprehensive medical services, disease prevention and treatment, accurate and precise with medical equipment that meets international standards. Specialist doctors for both children and adults are ready to provide services in the New Normal Hospital style, changing to provide appropriate care. Service recipients are safe with the telemedicine system (Telemedicine By Samitivej Chonburi Hospital), equipment and health value tracking system (Engage Care) for chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, with a team of doctors and nurses to help track daily data and provide advice for better quality of life and disease control.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and meet business objectives in the healthcare sector.
• Oversee daily operations, including service delivery, quality assurance, and customer support.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Establish and maintain office management systems based on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare partners to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in local and international sales operations is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operations management software and tools
