The Production Supervisor (Machining Process) at SAM Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd in Ban Bueng, Chonburi is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while providing coaching and training to subordinates.

Kewajiban

• Preparation for daily production for Machining and Assembly area such as manpower, materials, delivery plan efficiency based on production plan.
• Supervises subordinates and provides on the job coaching & feedback and training.
• Evaluating existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas of improvement (Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).
• Coordinate with related parties to develop the production lines including cost estimates, timelines and specifications for business feasibility studies and maintenance activities.
• Manage manufacturing workflows, planned OT hours, and resources & ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
• Ensure planned KPI's of efficiency & performance are met or exceeded.
• Provide production reports for monitoring production delivery and quality.
• Facilitate and Manage technicians undergoing training either in Singapore/ Malaysia.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experiences as Production Supervisor or Production Engineer in manufacturing process, Machining process and/or CNC programming.
• Experienced in new set up plant would be an advantage.
• CNC Machining Process and Cutting Tools.
• Lean/Six Sigma.
• Good command in English.
• Strong in Problem Solving skill.
• Strong in time management & communication skills to deliver work instructions to the team for the smooth running & minimized downtime.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• 5 working days: Monday - Friday.
• Able to support shift work.
