Detail posisi

The Procurement Officer is responsible for selecting vendors, procuring parts, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for selecting and coordinating vendors from the Approved Vendor List for purchases.
• To procure the right parts/quantities with the required quality, on time to minimize production loss hours / Obsolescence and to meet the Master Production Schedule.
• Issuing PO to supplier per lead time and following up delivery schedule with a supplier to meet with the production plan.
• Controlling and managing inventory at a suitable level.
• Follow up on rejected (MDR) or wrongly sent parts and ensure punctual return of the parts.
• Coordinate supplier production capacity reviews and tooling capacity/condition reviews to ensure suppliers can fulfill long-term production plans.
• Formulating customer and vendor relationships and monitoring on-time delivery, quality, pricing, etc.
• The summary report is related to the KPI of the purchasing section.
• Follow the company’s rules and procedures at all times.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Preferably from Automotive, Electronics Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Be a good price negotiator.
