The Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Programmer) is responsible for writing and optimizing CNC programs, selecting tools and materials, testing programs, and collaborating with engineers to enhance manufacturing processes.
Kewajiban
• Writing and optimizing CNC programs to create complex parts and components.
• Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.
• Testing programs and making adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborating with engineers and machinists to evaluate project requirements and resolve issues related to machine setup and program performance.
• Maintaining records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notes.
• Staying updated with the latest software and training on new equipment.
• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
• Create and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Create, revise, and maintain detailed process documentation for training and compliance purposes.
• Use simulation software to model process scenarios for analysis and optimization.
• Train staff and team members on new process changes, tools, or methodologies.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues that impact quality, cost, and throughput.
Kualifikasi
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related.
• Experiences: 3-5 years minimum experience with CNC Background (Machining and Programming).
• Experienced in 3 Axis, 5 Axis, or Turning.
• Strong background CNC Programming especially in NX software.
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (NX, Solidworks, Vericut, preferred).
• In-depth understanding of metal properties and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and measuring techniques.
• Knowledge of risk assessments (FMEA).
• Communication in English is preferred.
