The Manufacturing Engineer (BOM Analyst) is responsible for achieving departmental goals and quality objectives by collaborating with management and the engineering team, ensuring BOM accuracy, and managing discrepancies.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for achieving the departmental goals and quality objectives set forth by the Management by working closely with the immediate superior through planning, implementing, and closed-loop improvements.
• Responsible for performing BOM comparison, summary and communication to engineering team and program.
• Responsible for ensuring BOM accuracy for his/her department to achieve target KPI.
• Responsible for ensuring all discrepancy are covered by ECO or creating ECO to close all discrepancies BOM found.
• Responsible for follow-up action ECO to close from time to time.
• Responsible for informing the team to action and acknowledge or perform the next action about any BOM changes.
• Responsible for follow-up document projects (WI, Checklist, PCP, PFMEA, and Quality checklist) update as BOM is changed.
• To perform any job task assigned by his/her superior from time to time.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experiences 2-3 years.
• Understand basic mechanical drawing or electrical schematic diagrams.
• Ability to work as a team.
