The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the selection process to align with the organization's goals.

Kewajiban

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Employ various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates through job postings, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of resumes, perform interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to select the most suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Employer Branding: Develop and maintain the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, industry associations, and other relevant partners to expand the talent pool.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification in HR is a plus.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and selection across various levels and functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and employment legislation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze recruitment data and propose improvements.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
