The Senior Marketing and Leasing Executive is responsible for leasing operations of the community mall, focusing on achieving traffic targets and building relationships with tenants.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for leasing operations of the community mall in order to achieve traffic target.
• Acquire the new potential tenants and offer leasing space by negotiating pricing and closing the deal.
• Prepare leasing proposal, leasing document and leasing report.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with tenant partners.
• Work closely with internal property management and project development team.
• Initiate promotion campaign to stimulate customers spending and to increase tenant sales.

Kualifikasi

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, promotion, events, or related fields.
• Preferably experience in Shopping Mall is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts or related fields.
• Good communication, presentation as well as negotiation skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
