Detail posisi

The Property Fund Manager at Hydrogen REIT Management is responsible for managing the acquisition and performance of properties within the REIT portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining communication with investors.

Kewajiban

• Deal sourcing, Run feasibility study, financial model of target properties to be acquired by company or REIT
• Manage Assets in the portfolio
• Regularly report investment status to managements and investors
• Plan Annual Budget and Annual Report of the company and REIT
• Make necessary reports to comply with SEC & SET regulations
• Help with Annual General Meeting & Emergency General Meeting of the REIT
• Coordinate with Investors and Trustee
• Any other tasks to be assigned by managements

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/ Real Estate or related fields
• At least 3 years of experiences in Real Estate related field / Reit Management / Property Fund Management / Fund Management.
• Good command of English (Please provide TOEIC, IELTS, or other English test result if available)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of accounting systems required
