The Head of Marketing Strategy - Multi Businesses is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve company targets, while leading a team and managing the marketing budget.

Kewajiban

• Report directly to Vice President, develop marketing strategies and action plan to achieve the company’s target
• Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels, contributing to in market action plans
• Analyze customer understanding and ensure all marketing and products are designed to meet customers’ needs.
• Update competitor analysis as regular basis
• Communicate the vision and value of new products, work with various departments to develop comprehensive propositions for each product/business within the group.
• Play a key role in shaping brand strategies that enhance growth and elevate brand perception.
• Take ownership of key brand strategy and marketing functions, including insights generation, research, and establishing brand standards.
• Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
• Build the team of marketing strategists, provide mentorship, coaching and guidance.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
• 12-15 years of demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects, with at least 5 years of team management.
• Solid understanding of marketing and product/business development concepts, with different business models.
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
• High level of Adaptability, Be open with a growth mindset.
• Very good interpersonal skills, collaborative.
• Fluent English written and verbal
